Returns

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Refunds

Approval: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Method: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Conditions: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@linraw.org.
